My name is Brittney, and I am addicted to Pinterest. I have tried several different baking ideas, and they have turned out horrible. After every disaster, I have been emailing my grams about the experience and she ends up giving me the "fool proof" instructions. SO, I have moved on to crafts! I'm pretty sure I can handle these favorite ideas.

Let's see, my mother bought me a Clarisonic skin care brush and I never used it. She's always bringing something home, some better than others.

While the self-tanner didn’t go over so well, I wish I would have latched onto this little treasure earlier. After reading numerous blog topics about this sucker, I gave it a try and let me tell ya... I'm religious with it now. My skin looks and feels {ah}mazing and my mom once again got to say "I told you so." Thank you mom, you now have a score of 1,092,098 and I remain at 2.

The past 3 weeks ...

No joke peeps, before today it has rained everyday for literally like 3 weeks in a row, yes a ROW. This is HAWAII, not the pacific northwest!





(yes that is a car that happened to float into my drive way. People should be more responsible if you get what I'm sayin.

One positive factor for all the crappy weather is the waterfalls that come of the mountain ranges, pretty cool when you see them all from the distance. I feel like such a tourist, I tried to get my husband to stop so I could take pictures like everyone else was :)

Question & Answer link up

Ok Ladies, it has literally rained all day long. I have been glued to netflix and have accomplished nothing, bummer.. I've decided to do a Question and Answer link up this drab Monday, so here you go!



1. If you were in a pageant and had to perform a talent, what would it be?

Oh god, pageants aren't for the uncoordinated. I was never blessed with any musical talent, unlike my brothers. I played the flute in the 5th grade for a semester, if that even counts. I dang sure can’t sing, so I guess I’d have to stick with I know. DANCE, I have always loved dancing.

2. What is your biggest beauty-related regret? (mall bangs, biker shorts, bronzer overload, etc)

My retired belly button piercing. I never wanted it done, until this one day I got some wild hair up my ass and got it done with my cousin. I hated it, like I knew it would. It’s not a very noticeable scar, but I see it and still hate it. I miss my pretty belly button.

3. Do you have a celebrity look-alike?

Some friends from Florida say I look like Bella from the Twilight series movies (Kristen Stewart). I don’t see it, but it doesn’t stop them from calling me Bella every time they see me. Lol

4. What is your natural hair color?

Um … (silence) I believe it’s an ash brown, maybe? I honestly can’t remember the last time my locks were “oh so natural.” What can I say? I love color!

5. Ever met a celebrity?

Haven’t been that blessed.

6. Fave/least fave housewife from any of the Real Housewives shows on BRAVO?

Least Favorite housewives are the ladies from TRH of Atlanta and New York. Buzz kill, I know I just don’t get into their seasons. Favorite would def be Caroline Manzo From TRH of New Jersey as well as Adrienne Maloof and Lisa Vanderpump from TRH of Beverly Hills.

7. Workout regimen?

Free weights and cardio .. Sure, yeah!

8. Dream gift?

As the moment, an upgraded camera would be super nice.

9. Are you a good/bad cook?

I’m legit, I know what I know and try new things. When new things go bad, not so good. Other wise I’d say I’m a good cook.

10. What is your favorite food?
PASTA, CHEESE AND BREAD

March? Really... already? I've put my New Years "resolution" off for two months now, TWO MONTHS! What a slacker? I am determined to get back on track, and this is my last weekend of Freedom, and you can bet your ass I'm getting all my "hippo" points in while I still can. With that said, Monday, I will eat healthy and will force myself to exercise daily. (that’s the plan anyways)

Sadly, pasta will only be apart of my "cheat" day. Stuffed Shells are my absolute favorite, and tonight I wanted to try and make my very own pasta sauce... I should have just kept to Prego, seriously. I haven't the slightest idea, where I screwed up, but I screwed it up, royally. Trust me when I say this, It was awful! My husband said, "I was being picky, and it was good." SO what did I do? I loaded his plate full of the crap, and he ate every last bite of it ... So I questioned myself, am I a picky eater? HELL YES I am, but that crap was dangerous. Whatever, hubs is happy. Needless to say, I will stick to what I know best and I won't be going out of my comfort zone anytime soon. On a better note, I got out of doing the dishes, and who doesn't love that?

Yes! I have finally figured this blogger stuff out!

I have finally updated my blog, I blogged once and hated it... Simply because of the layout design. Thankfully I have a friend who knows what she's doing and customize my layout for me. kudos
